Alaska with Simon Gawesworth

June 15- 23 2023

Kanektok River

Join Far Bank's Education & Engagement Manager Simon Gawesworth for a week of salmon, trout, and Dolly Varden fishing at Reel Action Alaska Lodge.

Whether you are a seasoned angler or new to king salmon fishing, this trip to the Kanektok River with Simon Gawesworth is sure to be a spectacular adventure. We have reserved one of the best weeks for large, ocean-fresh Kings that will test your tackle and angling skills to the very limit. In addition, early season, chrome-bright chum salmon should be entering the river during this week, and with the option of mousing for resident rainbow trout, and dry fly fishing for grayling, this promises to be a week of high octane, explosive fun. Simon will be traveling with the latest Sage rods and reels, as well as the most appropriate RIO fly lines for the Kanektok at this time of year for guests to demo.
