Andros South Lodge - Bahamian Fun in the Sun with Pro Photographer Abe Blair

We always love seeing highly skilled artists and photographers visit our destinations. As professionals of their craft, it's a thrill to relive their trips through the amazing content they create. As a talented creator himself we were thrilled when Abe Blair decided to make a trip to Andros South and share the results of his trip with us. Abe reports experiencing first hand all that Andros South has become known for over these past decades including great fishing for bonefish, highly-experienced guides, top notch fishing skiffs and first-class camp vibes.

The team at the lodge is reporting some increases in cooler weather from the North to start the Spring campaign which has made things tricky, but the forecast is rapidly improving. Excellent numbers of fish in the 5 - 8lb range are being reported this year with the guides spending good chunks of time on both the West side and South end of Andros. The long term outlook for the fishery appears healthy with the guides reporting having spotted a school of 5 inch fish numbering in the thousands.

There still time this Spring to experience all that Andros South has become legendary for. As well as some of the most exciting weeks in the Fall still available, just after the bonefish have been rested all Summer.
