Sponsor. The sponsor of this Email Giveaway (the “Promotion”) is Far Bank Enterprises, Inc., at 8500 NE Day Road E, Bainbridge Island, WA 98110 (“Sponsor”).

1.Timing.

• Promotion Period. The promotional period for this giveaway occurs during the hours of operation for each of The Fly Fishing Show’s trade shows in Edison, NJ (January 24, 25,and 26, 2025) Atlanta, GA (January 24, 25 and 26), Bellevue, WA (February 15 and 16), Denver, CO (February 21, 22 and 23) and Pleasanton, CA (February 28, March 1 and 2, 2025). Duration and quantity of giveaways is at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
  
  
• Drawing(s). Drawing(s). One (1) potential winner will be selected on March 11, 2025. The potential winner will be randomly drawn from all eligible entries received during the Promotion.
  
  
• 2. Eligibility Requirements. You must attend The Fly Fishing Show trade show event in either Edison, NJ, Atlanta, GA, Bellevue, WA, Denver, CO or Pleasanton, CA and visit a Far Bank Booth Enterprises booth (Sage, RIO Products, Redington, Fly Water Travel) and submit your name and email to be entered in the drawing. This Promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia) who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry and who can provide proof of U.S. residency and age. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant that Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, is ineligible to participate in the Promotion.

3. How to Enter. How to Enter. Individuals must sign-up at the for Sage, Redington, RIO, or Fly Water Travel’s booth at participating Fly Fishing Show events to enter. Individuals cannot be members of the Far Bank Pro team or a Far Bank employee.

4. Winner Selection and Notification. Winner Selection and Notification. One (1) potential winner will be selected on March 11 during a live broadcast drawing presented on social media. The Winner(s) will be notified via the email used to sign-up for the email list.

5. Odds of Winning. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries

6. Prize and Prize Value. The prize is two double occupancyfly fishing packages from Bay Flats Lodge for a 4 night/3 day trip. Prize inclusions:Accommodations, meals and beverages, guided fishing, all fishing tackle, waders and boots, Texas hotel tax, equipment and flies. Prize exclusions: Airfare, transfers, alcohol, staff and fishing guide gratuities, fishing license, shotgun shells. Total approximate prize value is $2,346 per person x 2 people equals $4,692.

7. Prize Trip Booking, Redemption and Expiration. The trip prize must be scheduled using Fly Water Travel as the intermediary booking agent and be scheduled by no later than March 11, 2026. The trip prizemust beutilized in full by March 11, 2027 or the prize is considered null void.

IMPORTANT: Sponsor makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee in whole or in part, express or implied, in fact or in law, in relation to the prize and/or the use of the prize. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing sentence, Sponsor expressly disclaims any and all representations, warranties, and guarantees regarding the prize, including without limitation, those regarding the safety, quality, performance, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and/or suitability for use of the prize, and/or non-infringement of third party rights and/or title. Sponsor expressly disclaims any and all responsibility and liability for injury, death, and/or loss to any person or property relating to the delivery, possession, use, and/or misuse of the prize, including without limitation with respect to travel required to use the prize. Additional restrictions, conditions, disclaimers, and limitations regarding the prize might apply and will accompany the prize.

All prize details not set forth in these Official Rules are at the sole discretion of Sponsor.

8. Privacy. Privacy. By entering the Promotion, you agree that Sponsor and Bay Flats Lodge may use your personal information to send you email updates. You can unsubscribe from receiving email updates from the Sponsor or Bay Flats Lodge at any time by following the instructions provided withinthe Sponsor’s or Bay Flats Lodge’s email communications. Unless otherwise set forth in these Official Rules, personal information collected from participants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy located at https://farbank.com/pages/privacy-policy. Please review this Privacy Policy prior to entering the Promotion. 

9. General. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of such term on another occasion or any other term. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Promotion, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, or if the Promotion is not capable of being executed as planned for any other reason, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. If the Promotion is terminated before the end of the Promotion Period, Sponsor may, in its discretion, randomly select a winner from all eligible entries received as of the termination date. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who Sponsor finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in violation of the Official Rules of this Promotion or in a disruptive manner.

CAUTION: Any attempt by any person to defraud Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, to damage any website, or to otherwise deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion, MIGHT be a violation of criminal and civil laws and subject to criminal and civil penalties. Should such an attempt be made, Sponsor will disqualify any such person from the Promotion, without notice to such person; and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law and to cooperate in the prosecution of any such conduct.
