I really like the colored

I really like the colored backing from Rio. Instead of the standard chartreuse or white, pick a color to match your reel or rod, and spice it up a bit!

Great Product

This is the perfect backing to compliment my new Rio fly line. Did I need new backing? No. Does new line deserve new backing? Absolutely!

Fantastic backing

High quality dacron backing with good texture, feel, suppleness that spools very well.

All the color options gives the travel angler the ability to color code all reels of one weight for fast identification, i. e. orange = 8wt, yellow = 9wt, green = 10wt, blue = 11wt, etc
