THE ULTIMATE FLY LINE FOR PRESENTING TERRESTRIALS AND STONEFLIES CLOSE TO BANKSIDE COVER
Whether fishing stoneflies, hoppers, beetles, or cicadas, the most effective presentation is often the same--flies should be dead drifting and tickling the bank. The RIO Bank Robber was designed specifically for this style of fishing. Its fine front taper enables precise, accurate casts while its rear-loaded head easily carries the biggest and bushiest salmonfly pattern. The long back taper makes it easy to mend and extend a drag free drift while a unique, bright green section marks the ideal lengths for loading the rod and picking up for another cast. Finally, the Bank Robber is made with a slightly harder SlickCast coating than a standard trout line, keeping it slick and easy to shoot on even the muggiest summer hopper days. It has never been easier to get your fly up against that cut bank and keep it there, cast after cast.

"Super fun line.. love that it’s true to grain weight, enables long distance mends and turns over large dries with ease. Also doubles as my clients indicator line."
— Ryan K. (5/5)
"Used this on the Henrys Fork Salmon fly hatch. Worked awesome with a #4 chubby salmon fly and dropper! Absolutely love this line!"
— Christofer M. (5/5)
"Love the weight and feel of the line. Added surprise - when paired with my Sage One 5wt, it’s deadly at short casting distances while moving from my drift boat. I’ve always held that the Sage One is better at longer distances and in big winds. I didn’t use it much after I bought the X. But now, it’s back in my boat."
— Michael H. (5/5)
"One of the best lines for intermediate or entry dry fly anglers. Use it in my boat for those situations that dictate accuracy for said skill set. A good line for those looking to improve their "Chubby" game! Easily handles larger flies with or without droppers. Truly my new favorite!"
— Mark R. (5/5)
"Love casting hopper in Montana to fishing dries-on Yuba river in California"
