"I used this 9wt line on a recent trip to Puerto Rico where I fished for baby tarpon. We were using smaller flies and casting in very tight places in mangrove creeks; I was able to load my Sage Salt HD quickly and deliver. The line performed beautifully; never coiled and didn’t wilt in the heat. When fishing the bays, I was able to shoot it long distance for larger, rolling tarpon. This is definitely a go-to tarpon fly-line!"
