RIO's Dick's Interstellar Overdrive

To call Interstellar Overdrive a bit flashy is an understatement. It's basically a bedazzled hook designed to entice weary trout to eat. I came up with it a few years ago while tying one winter morning. I was half way through my third cup of coffee and I wanted to use up some holo tinsel that was gifted to me. Naturally I started tying up a bunch of little nymphs. Later that day the air temps crested 30 degrees Fahrenheit and I decided to wader up and test my luck. I only brought the nymphs I tied earlier in the day as I was curious to see how effective they might be. After some frozen toes and a number fish later, success.
