RIO's Pool Noodle was designed after a Montana trip when a similar worm fly was working great, however constantly getting hung up. The obvious answer to this was to add a tungsten bead and a jig hook, and the end result is this deadly pattern. Heavy and riding point up, this fly is going to be a go-to for your nymph rig.
