GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

Far Bank ships to all US and Canada addresses. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding major US holidays. Orders ship via FedEx, with the exception of PO Box orders and APO/FPO orders, which ship via USPS Priority. We will send you an email confirmation with the tracking number upon shipment.

Ground orders are generally shipped within 3 business days after the order is placed. Express 2 Day or Next Day orders placed before 1PM Pacific Time (PT) on business days will ship same day. 2 Day and Next Day orders placed after that time will ship the next business day. Saturday delivery is not available.

Free Ground shipping only applies to US addresses in the lower 48. All Alaska and Hawaii orders must ship via 2 Day or Next Day. PO Box orders and APO/FPO orders will ship via USPS Priority. We do not offer expedited shipping for USPS orders.

Returns Policy

Any item purchased on the farbank.com website, excluding eGift CARDS, may be returned unused up to 90 days from the date of purchase. Far Bank Enterprises does not refund eGIFT CARDS except where required by state law.

If you purchased the item at one of our authorized dealers, please contact that dealer to process the return.

To process a return for an item that was purchased on farbank.com, please use our Contact Us form. Include a description of the problem and reference your order number in the email or have it ready when you call. We will initiate the return in our system and send you a return authorization number. Please write this number on the outside of the package you are returning. Remember to include original packaging, tags and paperwork in the return shipment.

IF A PURCHASE WAS DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT

If a shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please use our Contact Us form. We will initiate a return in our system and send you a return authorization number. Please mark this number on the outside of the package you are returning. Remember to include original paperwork, tags and packing receipts in the return shipment.
