Our goal is to get you back on the water, fly fishing as soon as possible. To do that—we're evolving our warranty and repair process. Now, all claims will be processed online so that we can keep you in the loop every step of the way. Getting started is easy. Read below for an overview of Far Bank’s repair process and processing.
Please note that we are currently processing repairs in 10-16 weeks. This time includes the moment a warranty or repair form is submitted to when an item is on its way back to you from Far Bank. We understand this timeline is uncharacteristically long, as we strive for 2 weeks, but we are working hard to reduce turnaround as much as we can under current volume constraints and staffing limitations. We apologize for this longer wait time and appreciate your patience as we work through processing repairs in a more timely manner.
