Sage and Redington Warranty and Repair Center

Our goal is to get you back on the water, fly fishing as soon as possible.  To do that—we're evolving our warranty and repair process. Now, all claims will be processed online so that we can keep you in the loop every step of the way.  Getting started is easy.  Read below for an overview of Far Bank’s repair process and processing.

Our repair timelines vary depending on a product’s specific brand, model (age), and location of damage. At times, materials availability on older Sage models may prolong the repair timeline, although current Sage models rarely fall into in this scenario. All Redington products enjoy quick turnaround times as upon payment they are immediately replaced with existing in-house stock. On occasion, high seasonal repair volume may also lengthen the repair process.
