"Just a great all around fly rod for trout. . . ! Ive had my 490-4 CT for years and love it for the smaller waters in CO. . Ive tried other 5wts and after much trial and error and expense just came back to what i know i like and bought the 5wt 9ft length. . . casts gentle enough for great dry presentation but can also throw hopper droppers, streamers and nymphs. . ."
