Great set up for fresh water
"This is a great set up. I have landed tons of hard pulling salmon, rockfish, and other species on this set up. The rod casts like a dream paired with the rio outbound short(different from included line)! But I don't recommend using it in saltwater like they say. I washed the rod and, shook off excess water, and stored properly after every use in saltwater and it still seized up the drag. It did last me two years but when it is marketed to fish saltwater I expect it to handle it better than it did. Even with that draw back it is a fantastic setup but just for fresh water. The drag system isn't sealed to protect it from the salt."
