"Love it!! I reached out to the Redington representative via Instagram regarding the lifetime warranty and sent a photo of my broken tip section. The rep was extremely helpful in providing information on how the warranty works and suggested to order the replacement tip. I included my genuinely positive experience in an unboxing video and put it on my YouTube channel (@Astrofishicist). Overall, I'm very happy with the rod!! It's the rod I fish year round and use the most. I've had it for (I believe) over 5 years now and caught (without exaggeration) thousands of fish on it, including a massive 30" carp last year (also posted on my YouTube channel @Astrofishicist ). Even after all these years of usage, the rod performs flawlessly and I'm impressed by the quality! Cheers and tight lines!"

Affordable rod tip; the spending day shipping makes sense once you see the packaging
"I appreciated the opportunity to purchase a backup rod tip at an affordable price. I initially thought that the handling and shipping price was steep, but seeing the tube and packaging arrive reminded me that shipping something that large is expensive. I only wish that I had thought to purchase two at the same time. It will be wonderful to be able to take just a couple of fly rods with me now when I go out, knowing that I can quickly switch out a broken tip, which is the only flyrod damage I ever seem to experience."

"The tip fit perfectly and was fairly priced at $25 plus shipping and tax. It was a long wait however because almost all tips were out of stock it seemed. Far Bank does need to invest in some more appropriately size shipping for just tips. My tip came in a hard cardboard tube and box that could hold a ten foot plus rod. Such waste!"
