Amazing customer service
"When I ordered I thought I had the correct tip for my rod but when it got there it did not fit. I messaged the company in a panic. I got asked questions about my rod and before I knew it a replacement was sent and it was the correct size. It was my mistake and they sent me the correct one out of their pocket.
