There are certain fisheries where the angling pressure is high and fish have become super selective. In these cases, tiny mayflies fished at, or just below, the surface is an excellent technique. This fly, with a wire body and thin profile fit the billing for these situations, while a subtle flash wing pad gives an indication of life - which can trigger a well needed eat.
