Last spring, we launched a special project to raise awareness and funds for key conservation initiatives championed by BTT & CFCW. At the center of this effort was the creation of the Sage SALT R8 TARPON ONE rod, a small-batch, 150-unit limited edition run of one-piece 8’10” 11wt tarpon rods. Sold only through select Sage dealers, all proceeds went to fund the Juvenile Tarpon Habitat Initiative at the BTT, and Education & Awareness programs at CFCW.
We are happy to announce that last week, we presented both organizations with SEPARATE checks for $4,000 to support their efforts.
A big thank you to our participating Sage dealers and their conservation-minded customers. Together we have made a difference and will continue to do so into the future.
